Hisham Isa
Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 20 years, and my practice has helped me gain and maintain a relatively healthy life.
It started as a whim, a distraction from the tedium of an office routine, but its first benefits soon became obvious; deep restful sleep and waking up cheerful. And I have carried on practicing since then.
Over time, I have influenced numerous people to learn yoga and became a teacher in 2018, soon after I retired. My 200-hour and 300-hour training has given me the skills needed to guide others in their yoga practise, to improve their overall health and well-being.
The workshops and classes I run take a therapeutic application of yoga to help manage back pain, hypertension, sleep-disorders and pelvic strengthening poses for posture corrections.
Classes are both gentle and challenging to help students maintain body and breath awareness. These take the form of guided asanas with breathing cues to make classes accessible to beginners and the more mature students. My classes bear the advice of my early teachers to "do what you can, not what others can".
Overall, classes I run are based on personal practise and are aimed towards refreshing and nourishing participants.
I continue to learn the value of Yoga and take pleasure in sharing the benefits I enjoy through my classes.
My name is Maria Ji and I embarked on my wellness journey two decades ago. It began with Chakra Healing, Therapeutic Massages, and self-help techniques, which eventually led me to explore more profound spiritual practices.
Along the way, I had the privilege to learn from exceptional Nepali and Hindi Teachers from the Himalayas, who shared their knowledge and wisdom of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayamas, and Energetic Sound Healing.

Now, I am determined to make a positive impact on the physical and mental health of people who face challenging times. My goal is to build a bridge between the latest scientific research and ancient wisdom to help others achieve optimal well-being.
I am a 600-hour certified Hatha yoga teacher and 135-hour Aerial yoga teacher. I run retreats, workshops, studio sessions and individual online Hatha Yoga sessions. This includes guided Meditation, Breathwork, Chakra Sound Healing and Emotional Holistic Wellness to enhance your life quality.
