Biography
Hisham Isa

Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the last 25 years, shaping not just my physical well-being but also my approach to movement, breath, and inner balance. What began as a simple break from the monotony of office life soon revealed something deeper—not just physical benefits, but a way back to feeling at home in my own body. That first experience of restful sleep, a lighter mind, and genuine energy showed me that wellness doesn't come from adding more to our lives, but from reconnecting with what's already there.
Over time, my practice evolved into a calling to share this understanding with others. I formalised my knowledge with 200-hour and 300-hour yoga training, and deepened my understanding of the body's wisdom through Abhyanga massage certification. But my real education came from learning that healing practices aren't about becoming someone new—they're about remembering who you already are. My approach combines therapeutic applications with an understanding of movement, breath, and the nervous system, always returning to this simple truth: you already have what you need.
I offer workshops and classes tailored to managing back pain, hypertension, sleep disturbances, and postural imbalances, with particular focus on pelvic strengthening and spinal health. Drawing from both yoga and Ayurvedic massage traditions, I create experiences that invite you to listen deeply—blending gentle yet effective sequences, grounding postures, and mindful breathwork that cultivate not just body awareness, but a sense of coming home to yourself. Whether for beginners or seasoned practitioners, my offerings honor where you are today, empowering students to 'do what you can, not what others can'—because that's exactly enough.
Yoga and Abhyanga continue to teach me that sustainable well-being isn't found in doing more, but in softening into what's already present. I find deep fulfillment in creating space for others to experience this—not just movement or touch, but a gentle awakening to the wholeness that was never actually missing.
My name is Maria Ji and I embarked on my wellness journey two decades ago. It began with Chakra Healing, Therapeutic Massages, and self-help techniques, which eventually led me to explore more profound spiritual practices.
Along the way, I had the privilege to learn from exceptional Nepali and Hindi Teachers from the Himalayas, who shared their knowledge and wisdom of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayamas, and Energetic Sound Healing.
